Returns & exchanges
Important: Custom T-shirts (Studio uploads, personalised text/artwork, or any made-to-order tee print) are strictly non-refundable once the order is confirmed and production begins. Please review your design, size, and placement in Studio before checkout.
Because most items are printed or personalized after you order, returns are limited to misprints, damage in transit, or wrong SKU fulfilment. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the garment/mug and packaging.
Custom T-shirts — no return / no refund
- Custom T-shirts ordered via Studio or with your uploaded artwork are non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind.
- Wrong size selected by you, colour preference, or minor preview vs print variation does not qualify for a refund.
- Refund or free reprint is considered only for our printing error, defective garment, transit damage, or wrong item shipped — with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.
Ready-made catalogue items
Non-custom catalogue tees (without personalisation) may be eligible for return within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Customised lines in the same order follow the custom policy above.
Process
- Email orders@jukara.in with your ORD- order id and clear photos.
- We confirm with production and authorize a reprint or refund where eligible.
- Pickup may be arranged via our courier partner where available.
